Does Wrapped Direct offer a guarantee to their customers?

Of course! If you are not happy with your purchase, we'll take it back. If it's a tee shirt and you are not happy with the print quality, we will reprint any defective product and send it to you without charging any additional fee.

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your style from the dropdown menu on the product page then click the “Buy It Now!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.

How do I check the status of my order?

Wrapped Direct allows you to see real-time updates of your order(s). You can track your individual items through the “Track Order” Tab. We’ll send you your tracking number as soon as your order has been processed.

In most cases order processing takes between 24-72 hours.

How long does delivery take?

We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we get them to you as fast as we possibly can! 

Here are our standard shipping times:

Products & Accessories: Usually 10-14 days. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 14-21 days for delivery.

Clothing: Please allow 7-14 Days.

If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team using the Contact Form.

Some of our products are shipped from our overseas supplier direct to you. In the extremely rare event that there is a customs charge, this will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Do you deliver products internationally?

Wrapped Direct successfully ships A LOT of products worldwide every day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe! 

Where are my items coming from?

Although our primary fulfilment house is located in the Florida, sometimes we don't have items in stock in our US warehouse so we will source from our international contacts. 
Specialty items are located in other countries such as United Kingdom and China.

I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one location, so when you order multiple items at the same time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything if your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Which clothing brands does Wrapped Direct use?

We use the best brands in the marketplace that are known for their quality, durability and great fit. Our preferred garment suppliers include Gildan, Hanes, Bella, and Port & Company.

How secure is my personal information?

Wrapped Direct adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.

We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships!  

But wait my tracking number doesn't work, are you guys a scam!?

No we are not a scam. If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the USPS tracking site. 

What's your Refund/Exchange policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order ( wrong shirt, defective product, etc.), return it to us unworn and unused within 15 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.

Exchanges are a little more difficult since we print close to exact quantities of what we need. We usually order a few extras, but they go fast. If you need an exchange, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
